We have an ordering system online, please add the items you require to the cart and update the quantities you require, once you have completed your shopping please go to check out. If you have any queries please call - we are here to help we like to talk. No voice automated phone system.

CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD

We accept credit and debit card including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo, American Express and Visa Delta.

 

CHEQUES

We accept payment by cheques although no items will ship until the cheque has been cleared, any cheques should be made payable to SOHO Commercial Ltd with the invoice number on the rear.

 

CREDIT ACCOUNTS

For customers with credit accounts please contact your account manager or our sales team on 0208 394 2088. If you don’t have a credit account but would like one please also contact us.

 

PUBLIC SECTOR

Purchase orders accepted from Public Sector, you will be given a credit account automatically, please contact your account manager or our sales team on 0208 394 2088

 

DELIVERY AND RETURNS, REFUND AND CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

Delivery charges apply to orders depending on size, as a guide one 87 Litre bin to a UK address will cost £12.50 + VAT and 4 mobile containers £20.00 + VAT.

 

Delivery on most products is 2-3 days but please be aware that a number of our bins are built / moulded to client specification and can take 3-4 weeks depending on specification.

 

Delivery is by courier. If products arrive and you are unable to check for damage please mark / sign the delivery note UNCHECKED, damages / missing items should be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot claim on insurance if you do not do this and we cannot replace broken bins Free of Charge if you have signed the delivery note as acceptable.

 

Please refuse AND call us if damaged items are delivered as our couriers will bring them back to us, if goods are signed as received and not unchecked insurance cannot be claimed, if a delivery driver says not to worry just call us and a product is damaged make sure this is written on the delivery note you sign.

 

Cancellation of an order will be credited as soon as we have been informed, if the goods have already left the warehouse we will credit all monies except the delivery charge if it applies.

 

On receipt of the goods the purchaser must inspect the goods and on arrival advise of any missing or broken items . Any issues with the goods must be advised to soho Commercial ltd within 7 days of delivery of the goods. Any damaged goods must be informed on arrival.

 

Collecting and replacing

 

PLEASE NOTE - If the items ordered and delivered are a different specification to the ones ordered we will collect and replace the goods. If the goods are broken we will replace the goods. We will require a picture of the damaged goods and the delivery must have been signed Damaged goods OR Refused at point of delivery.

 

Returns

 

Returns due to customer error will have a restocking charge of 25% and must be returned to Soho Commercial in the original boxes , undamaged and by the customer . We do not collect if the error or return is no fault of Soho Commercial - Rubbermaidproducts.co.uk

 

Goods being returned must have the customer details and invoice number attached to the packaging.

 

Once the goods have been returned they will be inspected and credited as long as all parts are returned undamaged and in original packaging. The monies will be returned the same way as they were paid.

 

RETENTION OF TITLE

Goods supplied by rubbermaidproducts.co.uk remain the property of rubbermaidproducts.co.uk / SOHO Commercial Ltd until full payment has been made for the goods supplied.

 

Rubbermaidproducts.co.uk is the trading website of soho Commercial ltd and Soho Commercial are responsible for all parts of the website transaction, including the supply, processing and invoicing of your order.

 

Minimun Age - Rubbermaidproducts.co.uk has no strict minimum age policy for purchasing but any purchase must have the card holders approval
